With over 15 years of experience in the luxury hospitality and beverage industry, Romain Pavee is a seasoned executive. Previously a partner at Tao Group for six years, he went on to lead luxury partnerships on behalf of the Pernod Ricard Prestige Division with some of the country's most iconic hospitality and hotel groups, including Faena, Wynn Resorts, 1 Hotels, and Baccarat. Following his successful tenure at PRUSA, Romain joined Wynn Resorts as Executive Director before moving to Venice Beach in October 2018.

Post-pandemic, Romain partnered up with Rüfüs du Sol to operate and market the suites at Banc Of California for the band’s three back to back sold out shows.
